Absent some good reason to do so, it would plausibly be morally wrong for A to detonate the dynamite, but doing so would not wrong anyone else — it would simply be wrong, full stop. If, by contrast, A has reason to believe that detonating the dynamite will kill another person, B, or destroy her property, then A’s duty not to detonate the dynamite is owed to B, such that he would wrong her by breaching this duty.67
